Alliance Plastics will implement an increase of 5%, effective with all new orders placed on or after March 5th on Stretch Film Products and 8% on EdgeGuard and Edgeguard DX material.
Paper prices are soaring and all the major manufacturers have announced an increase of $50.00 to $60.00 a ton on paper. Also, the resin market has been going through some extraordinary supply issues and we have now firmly established that an increase is indeed being pushed through for February. The result has put pressure on raw material prices which is forcing us, as well as the market to move higher.
We do understand that these increases are difficult and appreciate your understanding and patience as we work through them together.
